These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bdjaee platform, including all betting, casino, payment, and account services available to players in Bangladesh. Please read this document carefully before using bdjaee.

Age Verification: bdjaee reserves the right to request identity documentation — including a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate — to verify a player's age at any point. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be immediately suspended and all funds will be held pending investigation.
To use bdjaee's betting and casino services, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full name, date of birth, phone number or email address, and any other information required during the registration process. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
Each player may hold only one (1) active account on bdjaee. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. bdjaee reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances upon detection.

Verification may involve submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.
All deposits to your bd jaee account must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdjaee supports the following deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. bdjaee does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bdjaee aims to process approved withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of verification completion, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any pending verification requirements on your account.
bdjaee reserves the right to request full account verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if the account has not completed identity verification, if suspicious activity is detected, if an active bonus wagering requirement has not been satisfied, or if a payment dispute or chargeback investigation is underway.
All transactions on bdjaee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdjaee does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred through a player's own payment provider are the sole responsibility of the player.
bdjaee does not accept third-party payments. The name on the payment method used must match the verified name on your bdjaee account. Deposits from payment methods not registered in your name may be rejected and refunded, less any applicable transaction costs.
bdjaee may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and other incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the bonus is offered. Where a conflict exists between specific bonus terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall take precedence with respect to that bonus.
Most bonuses offered by bdjaee are subject to wagering requirements, which must be completed before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds (where applicable) will be stated in the specific bonus terms. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the stated time period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
bdjaee actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploitation of promotional terms through structured low-risk betting strategies, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and collusion between players. bdjaee reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
bdjaee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect any player who has already commenced participation in that promotion in good faith.
All bets placed on bdjaee's sportsbook are binding once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections, including event, market, selection, and stake, prior to confirmation. bdjaee is not obliged to void or amend a confirmed bet due to a player's error in selection.
Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply to that bet. bdjaee offers pre-match and in-play (live) betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh national team fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Market availability may vary by event.
Bets will be settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body — for example, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), or the ICC. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding a result, bdjaee's decision following investigation shall be final and binding.
bdjaee reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, abandonment, or postponement beyond forty-eight (48) hours; manifest pricing errors; evidence of match manipulation; or force majeure events. Voided bets will be refunded at the staked amount with no profit or loss to the player.
Placing bets on events where a player holds insider information, has a direct financial or personal relationship with participants, or is otherwise in a position of conflict of interest is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
bdjaee's casino library is provided in partnership with third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. Game availability may change without notice due to technical maintenance, licensing changes, or provider decisions. bdjaee is not liable for the temporary or permanent unavailability of any specific game title.

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios. These games are subject to the same general casino rules above, as well as any specific rules communicated by the game studio within the game interface. Players must have a sufficiently stable internet connection to participate; bdjaee is not responsible for losses attributable to a player's own connection issues during live dealer sessions.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdjaee platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

If an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, bdjaee may withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, bdjaee reserves the right to forfeit the balance. If the investigation does not confirm a breach, any legitimate balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
Players may request closure of their bdjaee account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to account closure, any pending wagering requirements attached to active bonuses will be removed and the associated bonus funds forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

bdjaee reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Players who do not accept the amended Terms must cease use of the platform immediately and may request account closure.

Nothing in this clause shall restrict bdjaee's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction.
